Having not known Jane prior to working with her and getting a recommendation as a family friend agent, we were hopeful that the reliable description would hold true. Jane listens to you and even if you don’t know exactly what you want, she is able to build a story from your conversations and searching and find what you are looking for. Besides her excellent attention to detail, Jane is also an amazing communicator, allowing clients to focus on other matters that come up while moving, while she focuses on the logistics of the sale. Extremely responsive to all of my inquiries, really listened to what my wants and needs were throughout the process. My first buying experience was made super easy, I highly recommend Jane.

Jane was very responsive to our messages and calls — sometimes you would need to follow up but she always responded to your questions. But during critical steps of the process e.g, putting in an offer, she will give you all the updates needed even if it’s we are waiting on something. As a first time home buyer, she did point out items we should be looking for in a house and neighborhood, so our searches got better each time we went out and looked at houses in person. She even encouraged us to look on our own by going to open houses without her and just drive around different neighborhoods to help narrow down our choices. During our searches, Jane did a great job of suggesting houses that were in our budget and met most of our criteria. I would definitely recommend her especially for any first time home buyers.

We had an outstanding experience working with Jane Kuraly. I was recommended Jane by my daughter and son-in-law who also used Jane for their new home in Powell, Ohio! We decided on relocating from Pennsylvania to Powell Ohio to be close with our family, especially our granddaughters! Jane and I met and discussed what we were searching for! She quickly hooked us up with MLS listings that we could review. We actually found our New to Us Home on Redfin and traveled to Powell for a weekend of visits that Jane organized! Jane couldn't have been better to work with. A true professional in every sense of the word. Prepared, knowledgeable, experienced. Jane sold our house in two days, and politely, had several buyers engaged in a bidding war that produced more than our goal amount for the sale. She was also prepared for the long haul, if it was needed, and had scheduled an open house with professional, commercially prepared brochures with house photos. What a touch! Do yourself a favor and work with Jane, you will not regret it.

This is our second time using Jane to buy a house and our first time selling with her. Needless to say, moving is stressful. Jane took so much of the stress off of our plate.
